Alaska, what an impressive state. So impressed with Alaska that I'd give up everything "Just to be around you". The beauty that captivates travelers and local residence here is seen along every stretch of the highway. Every area of travel comes with a spectacular view of its own. It's best described as "rugged-beauty".

For me, writing "Just To Be Around You" came very easy. With mom coming from the quaint city of Rosenberg and a dad from the rugged country of Huntsville Tx, it was quite easy to write a song about a place that reminded me of them both.

New York may be the city that doesn't sleep and California the entertainment capital. But for me, wide-open spaces with awe-inspiring places can only be achieved in Alaska.
